The XPC's rapidly advancing status from enthusiast platform to mainstream acceptance continues. eGear, an influential US IT magazine, has announced the top 40 consumer IT products for 2005. Near the top of this list is the Shuttle XPC, the world's best-loved and best selling small form factor computer.
Since 2001, Shuttle has defined and redefined the SFF market with the introduction of breakthrough products, including the XPC Zen, the industry's first truly silent SFF. As a reaction on that, eGear displayed Shuttle with the 'Product of the year' award.
